I sometimes have to sit down and look back to see How God is working in my life. The people i bumped into, the places ive been Some time looking back i can see where im going . yep i've ran off the road a few times and sometimes i'm right on time.
I've been asked several times about Food Not Bombs. I love its a great group of people helping other people.
Over the this summer i've had ups and downs. I would go for walks and just talk to God i mean talking out loud . People on the Greenway just thought I was talking on a bluetooth cell phone Ha I ain't got one. But I at the end of my Walks most of the time I felt like i had a better understanding of things and some times just more questions. But I always felt better . So if you see me out walking and talking out loud and there isn't anyone around well there is someone there ,we just know see him. :)
Each time i tell someone i'm going to North Carolina to go to CHE school this week. The next question is what is CHE
ChE is Community Health Evangelism
Disease, deplorable living conditions, and lack of water or sanitation are overwhelming issues in urban poor communities and rural villages worldwide. But there are workable solutions to these heath problems. One successful strategy is Community Health Evangelism (CHE, pronounced “chay”). Through CHE, we develop holistic ministries that provide ways to break the grip of poverty and demonstrate the love of Christ.
CHE seeks to transform individual lives physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually in order to bring change to the community. The primary goal of CHE is to teach people how to do things for themselves with the resources they have, integrated with physical and spiritual teaching.
CHE includes instruction on hygiene, clean water, safe cooking, latrines, healthcare, HIV/AIDS prevention and care, and other basic life issues. Many come to Christ through the training, as well as when the communities begin to clean up and promote holistic health. The impact has been so great that church leaders ask for CHE training so they can care for new believers.
So after i tell people about CHE they think its great until i tell them this.
I'll be spending the whole week as if we were living in a third world country, no electric thats right no AC no lights no flushing bathrooms. but our meals will be cooked. The guys i talk too are cool with it , The ladies not so much LOL

Did you know St. Patrick was part of the anti-slavery movement? At age 16, Saint Patrick was enslaved for six years by Irish raiders and because of his experience, he became a tireless supporter of anti-slavery. He worked for many years to end human slavery, including, it is thought, interacting with the leaders of the slave trade to persuade them of the evils of their awful practice.
Two Eritrean Christians died recently in the Mitire Military Confinement Centre after enduring torture for their faith, according to a January 21 report from Compass Direct. On January 16, Mehari Gebreneguse Asgedom (42), a member of the Living God Church, succumbed to health complications caused by diabetes and mistreatment while in solitary confinement. Another believer, Mogos Hagos Kiflom (37), also died recently after undergoing torture for refusing to recant his faith. Kiflom, a member of Rhema Church, is survived by his wife, child and mother. These deaths bring to three the number of Eritrean Christians who have perished in prison at the hands of officials in the past four months.
Pray that those in mourning will find peace in knowing that those who suffered with Christ will be glorified with Him (Romans 8:15-17). Pray for the release of Christians imprisoned in Eritrea.
As I told you several posts ago about moving to Kansas well we are still going but not as soon as we thought.
